Civil Procedure in Sweden describes the main features of judicial organization, the rules governing the jurisdiction of the courts, actions and claims, the actual court proceedings, incidents (e.g. postponement of the main hearing and substitution of parties) legal aid and legal costs, the rules of evidence, special procedures, the principles governing preliminary seizure and the enforcement of judgments. In addition it contains a section about national arbitration. The first edition of the book was published in 1996 by Kluwer in the volumes of the International Encyclopaedia of Laws.

Civil Procedure in Sweden beskriver civilprocessuella grundprin-ciper, forumregler, stämning, förberedelse och huvudförhandling, incidenter (t.ex. uppskov och partssuccession), rättegångs-kostnader och rättshjälp, bevisregler, viss specialprocess, säkerhetsåtgärder och verkställighet. Boken innehåller dessutom ett kapitel om skiljeförfarandet. Den första upplagan av boken publicerades av Kluwer 1996 i serien International Encyclopaedia of Laws. Boken, som är skriven på engelska, innehåller ett sakregister.
